I’ve heard from several election workers now that the “printers broke” on Election Day and ballots had to be hand-written. There are 337,419 undervotes-ILLEGIBLE-from the November election of Tim Ohare and Gregg Abbott. Add that to the 40 thousand cancelled provisional votes.
