Life update! Rowan University offered me a 3/4 role. This means I will essentially be teaching part-time, while also making a good salary. This is perfect, since it gives me enough time to pursue my Master's degree, and freelance! Yay!

It's been over a month since Fanbyte decided to nuke the entire site and I've put in over 30 job applications since then. It's been disheartening to hear NOTHING back. Five years as a successful video game and FFXIV journalist... and nothin. Feeling pretty hopeless rn.

@x0tek I agree with just about everything except for the "work harder" part. Many of these women are in school or have jobs (look at @EMUHLEET she's a MACHINE idk how she does it all) and cannot focus all of the attention they need to on content creation/brand recognition (1/2)
