Today is Craig Lynch’s 30th birthday. Proud that the winner each year of the @irishathletics Men’s 60m title will now receive the Craig Lynch Cup. Craig won the title in 2016 in 6.81. His family will be present in Abbotstown in 3 weeks time to present the Cup to the 2020 winner

It’s a top class 400-200 double for Phil Healy in Vienna. 52.65 and 23.46. Coach 🎥 @mcwexford . In a little over 2 hrs she ran times that only 1 and 3 Irish women ever have ran faster in the 400 and 200 respectively.
