Grant and BJ made it in 94 when MJ was retired. I believe, BJ was voted by the fans too. That was their only all star gigs. They were solid starters not all star talents. It wasn’t a super team. Especially with LA & Boston then you had teams like the Cavs with 3 all stars
@CyborgKingX
@jaesofamous
Hahaa well that explains it. I wouldn’t say that about my girlfriend and I wouldn’t want them to respond by putting our business out haha. However, like you said it’s their type of relationship. That’s why we shouldn’t judge. Haha they wild.
@JoshEberley
@CWilliamson44
Excellent point! His critics ignore that he came back from 2 career threatening injuries. Injuries that have ended careers of hall of famers. However, he bounced back posting elite numbers. He’s an all time great and players like playing with him.
@Oldskoolbball1
Bird avg double digit rebounds in an era with elite big men. I’m convince he’ll avg 15 now with 10 assists a game. And with emphasis on the 3, there are like only 3 players who shoot better than him. He’ll be a walking triple double. So much disrespect for the past.
@ShadyShayne302
@MakurMaker
@CariChampion
@DwayneWade
For 5 star kids he is already on draft boards. All he has to do is have a good season and stay healthy. He’s been scouted by the league already. Remember his 2nd option was opting for the nba draft because he did a year of prep.
@MtbLawson
@Nate_moseby
@SportsCenter
Exactly. Most people finals fg% is lower than the regular season. Even LBJ shot below 40% in 2015 and most experts celebrate his performance that series despite losing. Steph has played well in all finals except 16. He just had a couple of really bad games.
@P0liticsAsUsuaI
@JayRichardson99
@KDTrey5
@Drake
I won’t call him an idiot but it is a level of bias that exists. After 2016 people were counting LBJ’s future rings but KD ruined it. Plus everyone’s numbers on GSW improved with KD. Klay had career highs, curry had finals highs, & DG won DPOY. KD took that team to another level.
@Champ_Lion
@KendrickPerkins
This man flips more than pancakes. He is such a hypocrite. I swear he says things for attention. Dude retired and has been bashing players like he was a Hall of Famer. Just analyze the game. Klay shouldn’t have said that though but Perk knows how trash talking goes in the NBA.
@Stoggio
@Oldskoolbball1
And Doncic reminds me of him as far as athleticism go. He doesn’t look like he’s moving fast but he always make superstar plays. We have saw Nash win MVP, Booker dropped 70, Jokic ball out & Damontis Sabonis become an all star. All great players. Bird was 6’9. He’ll do the same
@PippenIsGoat
@samizaynpiedKO
@MjsGoat
Well Divac gets in under another criteria. He was selected by an international committee. With the exception of this year usually an international player gets selected. I like Divac & I think he was very skilled but if he wasn’t an int player he wouldn’t got in.
Cali juco leader in receiving yards and all purpose yards. Great route runner, glue hands and good speed. Great teammate for a team looking for leadership and veteran presence to go along with his talents.
@IceBobbyy
@MjsGoat
Iso ball. But Kerr’s ball movement allowed his game to expand to another level. Same with KD. Him and Steph got there points in iso heavy systems but in a ball movement system they become historically dangerous.
@1dexosama
@JCrossover
Penny? You’re silly man. Isaiah Thomas? Magic? Kevin Johnson? Stockton? T Hardaway? Kidd? Marbury? Mark Price was a 50-40-90 player. Steve Nash won MVP in 05 with those numbers. Plumbers? For real? Crawford was awesome. One of my all time favorites but MJ did play any plumbers.
@wise_shaman
@CyborgKingX
@jaesofamous
Yea sometimes we forget that each relationship has a special connection. It’s funny seeing two people display that aspect of the relationship but if you did what I did, you judge them without considering that. So my bad to that couple.
@Heattle6
@RealSkipBayless
@undisputed
Funny thing about this misleading video is that he had to be forced off the court. He had just received a tech then ejected. Phil Jackson was upset and received a tech too. He didn’t want to leave but Phil told him that he had to leave the court. Come on now. It’s not the same.
@LouFactss
@GOATJordan_23
They weren’t. Look at the pfs & pgs during that era. I named LA & Bos because they were examples of super teams until 91/92. But you’re right Pistons had 3, Cle had 3, Por had 3 during that time. There were definitely more talented teams but Chi had MJ&Pip which made them

@LexL3xx
@MjsGoat
You know he forced the league to implement illegal offense because he couldn’t be guarded 1on1? They used illegal zones to try to stop him and it still didn’t work. He came back as an old man and put up 20+ against zone. He would thrive now.
@CoachATechED
@BradBallisLife
@kalenvasher
Funny thing is that the shorts they wear is closer to the fab five than what we wore in the early 00’s. Haha I remember people getting clowned at the park if shorts were even knee length haha.
@MrKMart81
@CKils24
@blameurparents
@Ballislife
Exactly. Plus Washington improved by 18 games once he came there. He did something right going from 19 wins to 37. Imagine if he was 30 instead of 38. How many games would they have won? Or if Artest didn’t crack his ribs before the season?
@BreezeTooCool1
@Ballislife
Naw one of the greatest pg and probably greatest defensive pg ever. Hall of fame. That being said, Gary Payton was dribbling like he never touched a b-ball before in that clip.
@SpartanBengal
@MjsGoat
Yea that’s why it’s a myth. He just never shot them as much. If you’re hitting 20fters you can step back a couple more to hit 3’s.

I know for a fact that you are used to seeing KD ball. That’s all he did during his career. He has encounters set backs that very few if any are able to regain form and all you can point to and say “he plays with 2 elite players...” I mean y’all said they won’t be able to coexist

@LagosMarines
He’s special he’s going to take everyone by storm.
@JTSPEED5
you’re doing a great job working with him.
@bryson_hayes_
is the real deal. He’s a playmaker with elite speed.
@SonicsKD
@washedjean
He shot below 39% from the field. That’s horrible. He avg 6 turnovers a game. That’s jacking up shots and playing out of control. This was the first time since the 2nd round of 2016 that Russ shot above 40%. That’s not winning basketball
@guruofhoops
@SLAMRewind
Kobe did that to a lot of us. I rooted against him but found myself disappointed when he didn’t score 30+ or was in awe when he made a great clutch play.
@1LifeTwoLive
@ShannonSharpe
Exactly. We say it’s a great game. We always mention how he lost to the Celtics and Pistons. He admitted he lost. He scored points but he wanted the W. What is SS talking about? He was also dishonest about KG Celtics. They did not form to beat LBJ. LBJ didn’t win anything.

He was just being modest. He could still play. I look at Ricky Rubio and think JWill would have the same impact. Everyone needs a facilitator. JWill always played with skilled big men too. He played with Peja, CWebb, Shaq and Pau. I’m addition to DWade. He played his role

Pippen played NAIA ball. What does that have to do with the player he became with MJ. It took Pippen around 3-4 years to come into his own. It was a coincidence the team won after they drafted him. He had very little impact early in his career with Chi.
Coach your D-Line is going be scary this year. And

Many people already know. We’ve been marching and combatting these matters since the 70’s but very few paid attention. However, now there’s this new interest from people who like to deflect. I mean how cold do you have to be to side step a serious matter with “whatsboutisms?”
@bmtreincarnated
@KOT4Q
I agree. I never understood that. He also won twice in Miami. Just be consistent. He’s playing great but they refused to give KD or Steph any love because they played together but he’s mvp with another all nba player on his team.
It’s that time of the year! Big 12 Performance 7v7 & 5v5 will be hosting our annual west coast tour. We have a talented group of nationally ranked students hailing from FL, GA, MD, NM, NY, VA, OR, and WA.

No it’s not an easier path. He returned from an achilles tear. How is returning from a horrific injury reduced to an easier path? Let’s also end this narrative of playing with elite talent. All top tier players play with elite talent. Shaq, Kobe, LBJ, Magic, Bird, etc.
Happy Indigenous People’s Day! I reside in Portland, OR which is the ancestral lands of the Cowlitz, Multnomah, Kathlamet, Clackamas, Tumwater, Tualatin Kalapuya, Wasco, Molalla, and Watlala bands of the Chinook, and many other nations.

Agent 0 was a good player back in the day but he didn’t drop 100 on 5’5 Earl Boykins in 06. Melo was suspended too. Earl outplayed him. Y’all throw out Spudd and Mugsy like they were the only ones. Since then we saw Nate Robinson win multiple dunk contests and IT avg 30 in ‘17
@noah_rest
@MAL___
Why wouldn’t they make rosters? They are less talented players on rosters now. Slow-footed? So every player in the league is uber athletic? The C’s were one of the least athletic teams back then. However, they skilled and fundamentally sound. Just like SAS

He was a mechanic before he went to college. They didn’t just pick him off the street. He went juco for 2 years then UCLA. He was 7’4... 2x DPOY. One of the greatest shot blockers of all time... Saying he was a mechanic is like saying LBJ faced fast food workers.
Redshirt Freshman. High IQ and great ball skills. Fundamental/Sound tackler. Hard worker that is aiming to be great! Enjoyed a great game on last week with 2 ints. Check him out Coaches.
@Que11670156
@jordan_exposed
Huh? Then you keep telling people the wrong. Who was a YMCA player? There are hoopers from the 90’s that would kill it today’s game and not in the HOF. Imagine calling Shawn Kemp, Kevin Johnson, Glenn Rice, & Big Dawg YMCA players. Some of y’all think the game started in 2016 🤦🏾♂️
@petelash3
@CoachAWeb
Derrick White for the Spurs started at a D2 (played 3 years) and Duncan for the Heat played D3 before transferring to Michigan. You are right. I don’t know why kids look down at that level. If you can hoop they will find you.
@utrhino2021
@shendy456
@Mike_Will904
Yes the pace was a lot slower in the 90’s. The game shifted from pace high scoring in the 80’s to a slower pace in the 90’s after the Pistons won. It was pretty low and slow up until around 2015.
@FenderMatt
@CathBir
@Oldskoolbball1
He learned early that if he wanted to remain in the league, he had to focus on defense and rebounding. I believe Chuck Daley told him that. So he just focused on rebounding and defense. In Det, he could guard all 5 positions, in addition to becoming a great rebounder
@Tanner_McTanner
@MjsGoat
I’m not surprised though. With Rodman, Charles, Hakeem, Mutumbo, David Robinson that was hard to do. Then Garnett, Duncan and Ben Wallace came along. He played against some great rebounders. And Dwight came along too.
@Sysko212
@thereal_Dash_O
Exactly. Matur Maker could have declared that he was going to play in his backyard. Guess what? The league was going to follow him. As a 5star recruit, you can go anywhere. Unfortunately, Gillie is ignorant on how this works. Ball was in Australia and is projected top 5.
@PopGregg
@Dashjjj96
@JuanToscanoAcc
@MjsGoat
Really? I felt the only thing that prevented Detroit from winning multiple titles was a consistent big time scorer. With that defense & Melo’s offense, Ithink they win at least 3 titles from 04-08. Let’s not forget that Billups, Rip & Shedd was capable of dropping 18-20 any night

But that wasn’t what you were implying. Veteran experience is different than leading a team. They were making the conference finals prior to his arrival. He was still good but he wasn’t leading them as you implied. They also had a deep squad with former nba all stars.
@Justin_Reis_
@JCrossover
The Heat went to a game 7 of the 2nd round in 2016 without LBJ. They continue to make the playoffs to this day. That’s what Chicago did once MJ retired the first time. You failed to mention that they were struggling so bad the 2nd year that they begged him to come back in 95.
Thank you bro! This is the best organization out there.
@B12PFootball
is not only developing football players, he and the entire team are developing leaders.
@nelsonr170

I’ll even say Kevin Johnson. He was leading Phoenix to the wcf before Barkley got there. There are so many hoopers these handles fail to acknowledge because they don’t know the game. And this poster was incorrect with him info Clyde and Malone avg 25+.
Big thanks our big brother Coach Chance and our good friend Miles Marrow for providing a tour at the University of Oregon. The UO experience is enriching because of people like y’all.

This never happened though. Chi never played in the conference finals without MJ. And he didn’t win mvp in 95. He won it in 96 following the ‘95 season where chi struggled to get over .500 for much of the year until he returned.
I’m excited to serve in this role with B12P. The amount of work this org has initiated to support students nationwide is admirable and aligns with everything I stand for. Let’s get to work and help more students earn scholarships!

Let’s ignore Karl Malone, Larry Johnson, Derrick Coleman, Dennis Rodman, Bernard King, McHale, Kemp. This isn’t even guys who came later like Webber. Or good players Juwan Howard,HGrant, Anthony Mason, Vin Baker, Schrempf, Cliff Robinson, Danny Manning.
