7 AM FRIDAY SNOW STORM UPDATE: All systems go for snowfall on Sunday. Snow will start in NW OK & shift SE into the state. Some higher totals in the 3-6" range are settling in for parts of central & N OK. A few locally higher totals possible. Snowfall looks less S of I-40.
7 AM SEVERE STORM UPDATE: Severe storms are expected today across northern, eastern and central OK, including the OKC Metro. Very large hail - up the size of baseballs, damaging winds - over 70 mph and an isolated tornado threat will be possible. Storms approach OKC after 4 PM.

ARCTIC BLAST CHARGES IN, WINTER STORM ARRIVES WEDNESDAY: Highs will be about 40 degrees colder today as arctic air sets in for the long haul! Wind chills will remain frigid thru Friday. A winter storm will grip much of the state with ice, sleet or light snow Wed & Thurs.
