@lostblackboy I'm not gonna like, something similar happened to me in DC a few years ago, on U Street, right outside a gay bar. A young man smashed a beer bottle on the ground in front of me and my date and whipped out a knife on us. Thankfully he did not kill us. I got diagnosed w/ PTSD.

@gatx_negrx It isn't the language that makes you a minority (although xenophobia is real). It is the race, but only black and native who speak Spanish are POC. Hispanic most definitely does not describe anybody's race. It is a term pointing to the colonial heritage of some.
