Unfortunately Amiodarone 💉 was given in this case, patient went into cardiac arrest but fortunately survived. This is a good learning exercise how ecg interpretation skills are invaluable in patient management. The patient received his dialysis after and everything was ok.
71 year old female who presented with a fall ×3 days prior.
Left hip pain. Bruise and lax over left eye. Positive for anticoagulants.
Slurred speech. Expressive dysphasia. Minimal weakness to right side. Pupils unequal.
Pressure was 96/54. Heart rate as above. sp02. 87%. R:30
