New #MLB Feature Alert! Our depth charts now show Rule 5 status for all players ... If you see "R5" in the "Options or R5 Status" column, that player is eligible for next month's Rule 5 draft if not placed on 40-man roster by the 11/20 deadline.

I'm hearing that this move is now official. The deceptive righty cleared waivers and has been outrighted to Palm Beach, although this could be temporary. One potential landing spot is prison. A reliable source tells me that a rocket to the sun is also a strong possibility.

Updated #Mariners roster projection: OF Mallex Smith and OF Jake Fraley acquired from #Rays . Mariners have three players who combined for 90 stolen bases in '18. Smith had 40, Dee Gordon had 30 and Jean Segura had 20.

I've updated starting pitcher probables from April 1-9 on our MLB Schedule Grid ... Aside from Cleveland (3 days off in first 8 days), I'm not making assumptions at this point on whether a team could begin with a 4-man rotation. That could change.
