Rental property pricing is starting to squeeze further in the Fraser Valley. Townhouse pricing is slowly reaching $4000 + utilities monthly. Average is moving up towards $3000 - $3500. Used to be $2500 monthly. 🤯

BC landlord receives approval to increase rent by 23.5% WHAT!?!?! 🤯 Due to higher operating costs incurred to the landlord, the tenancy court apparently approved them to increase the rent by 23.5% If this is in fact true, this may change everything in BC…..

I am receiving demand for 3bdr townhouses in Abbotsford , Mission, Chilliwack for approx $3k is absolute insanity. I remember when I rented a full 5bdr detached house for $2200-$2500 monthly.

@gas_biz These type of industrial lots in BC go for between $4-5 million dollars per acre. Avg charge is around $350-$500 monthly per truck. Simple business I guess with ton of land value.
