Was seen at 2.10pm no need to take gallstones out apparently but have something on my pancreas. Feck. Told to await MRI scan. Phone call 3.01pm from Hospital, can I have MRI scan tomorrow at 5.35pm. Feck. That was quick should I be worried? 😭 x HELP

Good news my cholesterol has always been high last year it was 6.8. Bloods done in August 2022 and result is 4.4 which is brilliant for me ! Changed my diet so less processed stuff 🥰🙏x

Went to see our Drs for 3 reasons. All sorted and although I have chest infection and all appts are fully booked for today I have had a phone call from them within 1 hour and have antibiotics! Fabulous service thank you NHS X

So had to pop into Tesco to get just a few essentials! On my way out and saw the NHS sign on a Paramedic. Parked trolley and walked round and asked Tesco Employee if I could pay for his goods. It looked like his lunch. He had finished and was just about to pay I stepped 🧵

Tonight whilst getting Doodles ready for bed she cupped my face in her small hands and said “You’re my best friend” twice whilst doing sign language for the word “friends”. She then hugged me & said “I love you Nana” 4 times. I will remember that moment forever x ♥️🥰 #Love

Well I cleaned out 3 large cupboards and three drawers. Chucked out what was not needed. Tomorrow is either bedroom or study cupboards! Cooking meatballs and having a glass of red. Richly deserved and I’m making dents! Baby steps still but making positive plans 🙏🍷x

Nurse phoning Thursday and Tuesday to check on ME ♥️🦠x She says I’m suffering from total exhaustion and need to rest up. NO MOVEMENT. Taken 8 of these little blighters. More tomorrow morning. Need respite for ME! Told her I was feeling down. She added me to her list ♥️☕️x
