If covid really was causing some level of cognitive deficits via brain damage (frontal and temporal lobes specifically), the first industry within which you’d expect to see the ramifications of this would be aviation. Thankfully there’s no evidence to support this.

Every single post I see regarding COVID now complains of behaviour from others that can only be described as sociopathic. Family, friends etc have little to no care about the issue, even if you’re severely disabled as a result. Public health has completely given up. 🧵

Long Covid = Noticing The Damage Not Noticing ≠ Not Having Long Covid You don’t tend to feel early organ damage. You can’t feel cancer in its infancy, that’s why cancer screenings exist. You can lose up to 90% of your kidney function before experiencing symptoms. The End

Now before we delve deeper into this, I think it would be felicitous to provide a little background first. MRI brain imaging has previously revealed that Covid reduces the thickness of grey matter within the frontal and temporal lobes. This would mimic symptoms of FTD.

It’s worth reminding folks: The brain damage caused by Covid that causes sociopathic behaviour (and induces the slow and insidious loss of the capacity for moral rationality) extends to politicians, police and military personnel. Each infection does damage. Every. Single. One.

It should also be noted that damage to this specific area of the brain within the cerebral cortex can cause sociopathic behaviour. Additionally, this induces the “slow and insidious loss of the capacity for moral rationality.” Have you noticed anything akin to this?

Why are so many w/Long Covid unaware? Covid damages the frontal/temporal lobes within the cerebral cortex of the brain. Damage to fronto-temporal parietal area causes Anosognosia. Anosognosia means you simply cannot recognise your own health conditions & disease. Facts ⬇️✅

Studies re Long Covid insist on stating the % of people who succumb to this sequelae. I’ve seen incident rates from 3.5% up to 38% (after 3rd infection). But what every single one of these studies fail to mention is that the reduction in grey matter occurs in 100% of individuals

Facts are indisputable (so don’t claim otherwise) and they are backed entirely by evidence: Covid damages the frontal and temporal lobes. Damage to this region of the brain would mimic/cause symptoms of Frontotemporal Dementia. Piece that puzzle together. End. Discuss ⬇️

The final question to ask yourself is how might this manifest itself amongst the general population and what might we start to see? Or are we already seeing it? Think hard. Because if you yourself have such damage, this won’t be easy to recognise due to “impaired judgement”.

It will be challenging to recognise this happening to yourself because damage to this area of the brain specifically causes decreased self-awareness. Patients with FTD rarely ever recognise the alterations in themselves, and rely upon others to notice such changes early on.

But no, it can’t be true. Solely for the reason you don’t want it to be true. At the end of the day, it’s easier to believe comforting lies, than face facts. We can continue to blame the increasing sociopathy and cognitive decline on anything but covid. Solid plan guys 💪

@PrognosticChats Seeing this play out in real time within the NHS is disturbing. I feel traumatised bearing witness to it all.

Would you not class brain damage (which looks permanent on the face of it) as Long Covid? Permanent damage to any organ is LONG term. Hence ‘Long’ Covid. So why is this always omitted from such reports into this condition? What does the 3.5% etc include?

@CovidSolidarit1 It’s extremely subtle to most at the moment. We’re only really 2 years into widespread infection with covid (restrictions kept it at lower levels previous to this). To me, the changes are obvious already. But I’m highly sensitive to recognising neurological/cognitive deficits.

And no it is NOT ableist to state factual information which is relevant to an ongoing and worsening worldwide situation. The longer this is allowed to continue, the worse it will get, the harder it will become to get a neurocognitive deficient population to notice and/or care!

So if you’re thinking “well things seem relatively ok at the moment”, you probably need to remind yourself that the majority of the global population weren’t infected until the second half of 2022 due to earlier restrictions (just over a year ago) Covid has only just got started

More details in this thread. I am NOT saying everyone has Frontotemporal Dementia, or that Covid even causes this type of dementia. But damage to this region DOES mimic symptoms of FTD. When will you all take this seriously? Losing my frigging mind.

Covid: A Brain Damaging Story I believe that in the absence of large scale studies and conducting brain imaging on a mass scale, we have to rely upon ourselves to turn to real world examples we may already be witnessing. Some questions about what you may be seeing… 🧵

This is a failure from the scientific community to address the most pressing concern regarding covid and its long term sequelae. We are slowly destroying the cognitive health of the global population and yet this is one of the lesser mentioned issues regarding the disease.

I, for one, am eternally grateful that in 2024 we can say with complete confidence that the world is once again in a wonderful place, just like the golden era of pre 2020, and that Covid is having absolutely no impact on the world today. Congratulations to all. We won 👏🏼! End.

@notonmytime9 You ask the million dollar question! FTD is not reversible. Whether or not the damage inflicted by Covid is reversible has not yet been established. More research urgently needed. Even if it was reversible, continuous reinfection equates to permanent and worsening damage.

We are witnessing a Toxoplasmosis-like event on a grand old scale here. Funnily enough, toxoplasmosis causes cysts mostly in the cortical regions of the brain. The cortical region consists of the frontal, parietal, temporal and occipital lobes.

The reason I’m shouting this as loud as I can now is because I see the impacts that these kinds of neurological maladies have on people every day of my life. And it’s heartbreaking. It’s traumatising. It’s terrifying. And if this happens to nearly all of us? Well, f* @k .

@_CatintheHat “The sad thing is that most people are blissfully unaware of this and haven’t joined the dots to connect their neurological symptoms with their Covid infection.” I think my thread helped garner some understanding as to why that is the case.

To add insult to injury, those blasted despotic lockdowns have starved us all of our exposure to Tuberculosis, Measles, Streptococcus A, Cholera and the Bubonic Plague. It’s our god given right to infect ourselves with deadly diseases in a futile attempt to become immune.

Marc Veldhoen strikes again. This time pretending to have knowledge that outstrips that of ALL neuroscientists. “No indication of less grey matter” despite BRAIN IMAGING showing a reduction. “No indication of cognitive issues”, no explanation required. Deplorable Charlatan.

We are also at the very early stages of such brain damage to individuals. Let me give an example. When you suffer from Alzheimer’s Disease/FTD etc, you don’t wake up one morning with a full blown set of symptoms and complete memory loss. They develop slowly, over years.

In all seriousness, I have to apologise. I think I’ve somewhat romanticised how barbarian the lockdowns actually were. They were far worse. In the UK our beaches were deserted during the lockdowns due to us all being locked in pillories in our prison cells. Truly harrowing.
