When I started out on my couch 2 5k I set myself a goal of doing my first Parkrun in under 40 mins at the end of the nine weeks. Today marks the end of week 5 and I decided to give Parkrun a go and managed it in 38mins! Perhaps I should re-evaluate my goal for the next 4 wks 😬
