2019 I'd never worked livestock before. 2022 I sold my first cut of lamb. Just sent 20 cull ewes for processing, it'll likely gross around 8k revenue as mince and snags. All it took was 5 years of learning, branding and work, plus investing 400k+ into my own supply chain 😂

Pasture raised pigs is one of the lowest hanging fruits imo. Heritage breeds can handle the elements, they do a great job working the landscape, welfare story is way better vs sheds and product speaks for itself. We run approx 65 pigs in this mob ATM. 5 hours chores per week
