One fasted 100 meter sprint will do more to make you unfat than anything else If you’re like me and “lazy” and want the path of least resistance to get there Just do 1-2 semi long sprints (100 meter+) in the morning Or 2-3 forwards and backwards short sprints (30-50 meters)

Sprint proof: I actually practice what I preach 1 min backwards walk, 1 min backwards jog Ready to rock 3 sets 50 meters backwards sprints (walk back rest) 3 sets 50 meters forwards sprints (walk back rest) Done today with a volleyball playing friend that doesn’t sprint

I’ve seen so many athletic young men turn soy It’s truly sickening The amount of guys who were “the guy” in high school, or even decent at their sport that turned into IPA and 49er lovers is insanity If I had the chance to coach these guys I’d immediately have them start
