@FordJohnathan5 It says "as an officer" which may be translated to mean [as if], and the 14th amendment clause 5 was misapplied, misinterpreted, and misread. We agree it's unfortunate that the courts have had their time wasted having to enforce voting.

@shipwreckedcrew The thing is, it aligns with jurisprudence in common law, civil code, maritime law, succession, treaties, conventions, nuremburg... 42 USC 1983... Title VII 1964... our constitution... As read, immunity is guaranteed in lieu of, and sometimes even with, writs and/or recompense.

They just want to know what he knows and if they would stop scapegoating they might get it. I just doubt they'll like what they find if they do.

@StephenKing Mr. King, Trump hasn't been sentenced, and due process was violated in a pattern. Though lacking jurisdiction via preemption, etc., it was the Honorable Merchan's prerogative to give instructions and the respected jury's right to determine a verdict as they were instructed.

@lee_kovarsky Yeesh. If it's civil, then he was tried for impeachment twice and acquitted, and collateral estoppel applies which works the same way as criminal double jeopardy. If it's criminal then double-jeopardy applies. If each is ignored immunity clause self-activates even as a citizen.

@MarkNaughton9 Correct, and the 17th amendment is built upon an incorrect interpretation of the opinion on the 16th amendment, which doesn't actually override all of Farmers' Loan & Trust Co., just like overturning Roe v Wade doesn't override Wade nor the due process requirements of that side.
