Before he would become known as the coach that led Saint Peter's to the Elite 8 (and now current Seton Hall Head Coach), Shaheen Holloway would play a handful of seasons at the JSBL. In 2002, he was named championship MVP as he guided Cohen's Optical to a championship.

Marvin Andrews was a winning basketball player wherever he played, winning a MAAC Championship at St. Peter’s and 5 JSBL Championships. A former player referred to him as “the most infuriating defender in summer league history.” Andrews makes the 55!

Today we shoutout the first JSBL superstar, Bob Verga. After leading Duke to the Final Four in 1966, Bob spent most of his prime in the ABA, but would play 1 season after the merger in the NBA with the Portland Trail Blazers. In 1972, Bob scored 42.31 points per game at the JSBL!
