OB's of Kiira College have been in an existential war for the school over a new HM. Schools in Busoga eg Busoga College, Mwiri Primary, Namalemba, Iganga boys, and even Iganga SS at one-time, etc, have regressed because the MOE has made reckless decisions when appointing new HMS.
