Feeding When feeding a newborn .. be mindful of how much they can consume.. the size of their stomach is SMALL.. and because of that they need to feed regular. like every 2/3 hours.. here's a pic of the size of the stomachs for the 1st 12 days

Crying Your baby WILL a lot but if you got through this checklist you would be able to address it and they should be calm after Here are the main reason why they may be crying - Hunger - Trapped wind/ Gas - Sleepy - Dirty/ need changing - Uncomfortable - need love/attention

Oh and another thing to think about is PATIENCE.. it's cool to take a time out of it's too much.. go unwind and do something you like booty pics on insta and come back There's been times where I have had to change nappies 3 times within 5 mins he's clothes 4 times in 10 mins

Nappies on average babies need changing around 10/12 times a day Preparation is Key so get these items on deck -Diapers -Changing Mat -Wipes/Cotton Pads Nappies are pretty cheap these days .. worth looking at Aldi/Tesco/Asda they are all pretty good.. no need to do name brand

Sleep What people are saying is true you will not sleep but if you got some type of system it will be a lot bearable What we do is at night I take over and do the feeding/change etc while my Mrs sleeps..and I try to get as much rest during the day which leads me to my next topic

umbilical cord When the cord is cut they normally have an umbilical cord card.. and it will look a bit mad. its best to leave it alone to avoid infection.. it normally falls of within a couple weeks.. if it starts to look discoloured and smell it is infected. GO DOCTORS

Seems like a lot of people have this issue.. this stretch is to stretch my hip flexors which help with squats.. and in my case knee pain The number one cause of tight hip flexors are sitting down a lot which i am pretty sure alot of us do Driving, sitting in an office
