Unpopular opinion: I would take Mitch Marner on my team before Auston Matthews. Marner is better defensively and he has heart. Matthews, even in the playoffs, waits for the puck, rarely a 2nd effort. Much like what we, #Habs ' fans, reproached Max Pacioretty.
