George Floyd was a criminal drug-addict that died when he resisted arrest by the police. Tommie Lindh was killed when he tried to save a girl from being raped by a migrant. The one is portrayed as a martyr worldwide, the other one is swept under the rug and almost forgotten.

A reconstructed Jupiter Column in the Roman Museum Schwarzenacker, western Germany. This type of idol shows Jupiter on horseback or a chariot overcoming a giant, symbolizing the victory of the divine over chaos. It is especially common in the Roman-Germanic transition area.

This Baiuvarian warrior was buried at Kelheim (Bavaria) in the late 6th century with his sword, lance, shield, bow and arrows. He was 1,95 m tall and in his 40s when he died. On his left lower shinbone you can see the slashing wound that might have killed him. #GermanicHeritage

Archaeology shows that the diet of the Germanic people was largely based on grains, like barley, wheat, rye, millet, oat and emmer, eaten in the form of gruel or sometimes bread. Vegetables were grown for stews, hazelnuts, berries and wild herbs were foraged. #GermanicHeritage
