Never choose the popular path.
Be proud of your uniqueness, don’t hide it by trying to fit in.
Variability is the world’s most fundamental quality. If we were all the same, we wouldn’t have evolved.
Be authentic and choose a path that suits you best.
Make the uncomfortable decisions. You won’t progress if you stay within your comfort zone.
Making the easy decisions now will lead to a hard life later. Making the hard decisions now will lead to an easier life later.
Remember: Discomfort means growth.
Don’t take anyone’s words as law.
Listen, understand their reasons, and then use your own logic to make judgements.
Remember, everyone perceives reality differently.
What’s true for others doesn’t have to be true for you.
The first steps are always going to be painful.
You will have to accept the fact that you will start at the bottom.
Are you able to overcome your own shame and not give up?
In your mind, there’s a never-ending battle between two wolves: one white, one black.
The white wolf speaks to you through intuition.
The black wolf tempts you with desires.
The wolf that ends up winning is the one you feed the most.
1000 hour rule:
If you haven’t put 1000 hours into something, you will suck at it.
If you want to learn something new, commit yourself to it for at least 1000 hours before giving up.
It’s only then that you can really tell if you’re passionate about it.
It’s okay to feel unmotivated at times.
But how will you react to it?
Don’t:
- Make excuses
- Seek distractions
- Procrastinate
Do:
- Set a timer
- Pick a task
- Do the work
The funny thing is…
After a bit of time…
You will be motivated again.
A pure mind says: ‘This is what I want to do.’
A conditioned mind says: ‘This is what I should do.’
Having a pure mind is crucial for authenticity.
Otherwise you will become what society wants you to be.
Set challenges for yourself to make progress more fun.
Bonus points when you challenge a friend to see who can do it faster.
Here are some examples:
- 10,000 push-ups
- $10,000 earned online
- 1000 minutes of planking
- 1000 pages read
What else would be a good challenge?
Ever since I was 8 years old, my father has told me:
''Treat others how you would like to be treated.''
This advice has served me well in many aspects of my life.
Recognize when your lizard brain starts to validate bad behavior by making excuses.
The urge becomes stronger every time you give into it. It never has enough.
If you are feeling overwhelmed, focus on what NOT to do rather than on what to do.
Take a close look at every activity you do on a weekly basis.
Eliminate every activity that does not benefit you:
•Mentally
•Physically
•Socially
•Spiritually

Escape competition by embracing your authenticity.
Because of the internet, you can find an audience on any specific obsession you have.
Instead of competing in games designed by others, forge your own path.
Stop waiting on life to happen.
Find happiness from within, not from external things.
You can’t expect life to go exactly as you have planned.
Live in the moment.
Practice saying “No” more often.
People might dislike you because of it.
But the more you say no to the things that don’t matter…
The more you can say yes to the things that do.
Friendly reminder to keep breathing to your nose fully.

The playing field has never been more fair.
All you need is a phone and a wifi connection.
You are able to reach the whole world through your fingertips.
See it as a powerful tool.
Not as a quick distraction from life.
Manifestation:
It’s not about contemplating the result, but visualizing the process that moves you towards your goal.
Instead of focusing on the outcome, envision the journey of birth and growth.
People tell me I live under a rock.
I don’t:
- Watch the news
- Follow ‘famous’ people
- Watch popular tv shows
I am:
- Pursuing my curiosity
- Gaining specific knowledge
- Filling my brain with positivity
Am I weird or is it the world that’s weird?
I used to get angry or annoyed at minor inconveniences.
- People in traffic
- Things not going as planned
- Waiting
Until I found stoic teachings.
It is still not where I would like it to be, but big progress is being made.
What stoic teaching was the most valuable to you?
Common knowledge won’t get you far in live.
If you know what everyone else knows, you will always be replaceable.
Pursue your curiosity and gain specific knowledge.
Solve problems that only you can solve.
(Your own).
Whenever you are eating:
⁃ Don’t look at your phone

The key to personal development:
You have to be able to let your old self go.
What addiction is holding you back?
Break the never ending cycle of getting nowhere.
Embrace change, do not see it as a threat.
A dream, written down with a date next to it becomes a goal.
A goal, broken down into steps becomes a plan.
A plan, backed by action becomes a reality.
Comparison is the thief of joy.
Stop comparing yourself to other people.
Their path is much different than yours.
Be grateful for what you have.
Keep improving.
Achieving your goals doesn’t require:
- Strain
- Stress
- Exhaustion
All you need is 3 things:
- Commitment
- Consistency
- Patience
Don’t make it complicated.
