Small actions make a big difference. My tap is leaking. I counted 1 drop of water every 8 seconds. That's 10.800 drops a day. That's 3.942.000 drops a year. A waterdrop is appx. 0,05mL Then it would be almost 200 liters a year. Things add up.

Scaling a community is tough. Keeping a personal touch even more. A solution? Stealth rewards. They get triggered once a member does something (like UGC). Personally thank them, send merch, anything goes. They shouldn't be published and therefore won't incentivize grinding.

I lost 30 followers in 2 days. Because I unfollowed a truckload of people. Does that bother me? No. Why? If they were interested in my content they would still follow me. If they were not interested why should I care? Just trying to reach the right people.
