When Jesus wept, Lazarus didn’t walk out of his grave. But when Jesus spoke, Lazarus came forth. God does not respond to your emotions, but his WORD. Instead of worrying and crying over that situation, speak his WORD over it and watch him honor his WORD.

It’s vital in relationships to ask for what you need. Discuss your expectations and desires in different seasons. Compromise, challenge and concede where necessary. But saying nothing and/or assuming the other person should just know is a recipe for disappointment.
