@adeyanjuyeks , Big Bro told me I can make first class when I showed him my 100l first semester results with a GPA of 4.38 (adjusted to 4.35 later with library unit reduced from 1 to 0) @lautechofficial . Alhamdulillah, I made it with 4.57.

A4. #Nigeria can make this work by acquiring requisite ICT infrastructure for academic inst. with qualified staff. Pupils must be allowed to use ICT equipments at every stage without unnecessary FEAR of damage to build CONFIDENCE. This should be bring out ICT innovation in pupils

A4. I will say right from Nursery/Primary school with the level of computing skills gradually increased with progressing education. My first kid started using a #PC during his first term as a 3yr old pre-nursery pupil in Aberdeen #UK to play games and paint graphics.

A8. Profs in #Nigerian Uni must be mandated/encouraged to get local and international grants with proper motivation for those that get such grants. Discipline related research councils should be tasked with disbursement of research funds not just #TETFUND @ngrinnovation #OIIEchat

Hmm, quite unfortunate. But truth is there must be a balance btw ICT co-curricula and their basic educational requirements at secondary school level. Remember, the O' level reqt for admission in higher inst is also very important. @ngrinnovation #OIIEchat

Unfortunately, it would be very difficult, if not impossible, for #Nigeria to become a Tech. country without a robust academic inclusion for two reasons; 1) Most tech inclined tools are non-indigenous to Nigerians and required some level of literacy
