Someone help me with this: AMC wanted to get rid of retail, hence #ProjectPopcorn . They issued $APE to achieve transfer of ownership, as detailed in the Ripley Affidavit. But much of $APE, which now is majority owner of AMC, was held by retail. So retail is still majority owner?

@etanleibovitz18 She clearly sounds like she wants to offer an opt-out and leave room for new lawsuits in courts that are more appropriate forums. I hope to God she does AT LEAST that. Would prefer that she enjoin the whole mess. But that's likely out of reach.
