Turmeric has not only anti inflammatory properties but it also helps fighting bacteria viruses,relieving pain n boosting ur immunity. Dissolve a pinch of turmeric in luke warm milk and have it daily. U can also add a pinch of it to ur tea a few mins before u take it off the stove
