We simply need to understand the areas in which stop orders are placed ( Short term Low/ Highs). Short term Highs/Lows are Highs/Lows found above or below a strong High/Low. They are found in the internal structure and didn’t start the move that caused a Break of structure.

So if we must understand how to properly spot liquidity, we must know what we are spotting. So LIQUIDITY zones are areas where money resides, in other words STOP ORDERS such as BUY STOP, SELL STOP.

Firstly we must know that there is liquidity below all lows and above all highs. But how do we know the one market will reverse from after a sweep 🤔 So we Belive that the algorithm seek to take out stop orders to build liquidity before reversing.

I Belive you’re getting my point. That’s is why the trading history on our chart shows indications of only buy and sell orders (blue/red arrows). Once you understand this, you’ve understood the basics of Liquidity areas.

Don’t get your self confused. Stop Orders are orders which are activated the moment price goes below or above it. And as we know, for a buy position to be closed we have to sell out(stop loss), vice versa for a Sell position. This tells us that our stop loss is also a STOP ORDER.
