@Rich_Cooper Its only temporary. You have to take it for life. Worst part is the rebound when you quit, the weight comes flying back with a vengeance. I experienced it and had 2 friends say the same thing. I only took it for 3 months and gained 10-15lbs within weeks of stopping. Never again.
