That telescope was built by George Carruthers. In the meantime, China has also landed a Lunar Ultraviolet Telescope aboard Chang'E-3

@coreyspowell @Int_Machines Yes, we have a presumed lens crack. As stated - even with the dust and glare, there's a lot of information in this photo and we are thankful to have received it from the Moon surface.
