HYBRID CAPTURE COLLAR (wip) (Tempted to call it a Snagem Collar because of Pokemon Colosseum) It's still a concept at the moment, so input would be helpful. The premise is these collars being used by Hybrid Hunters to more easily capture/control hybrids (More info in comments)

@Hybrid_Kane Perhaps an item that makes them more susceptible to instruction or command? It may require a hybrid to be gen1 or a gen2 in a more changed state, but an item that affects or disarms them mentally to increase control could be a pretty serious threat in certain hands.
