Good morning, happy New Year’s Eve. As I reflect on 2023 I think what a lucky boy I’ve been. Exactly a year ago I was getting headaches and tingling on my face so took myself to hospital. The cause: a brain bleed. Grateful I’m still here to have a laugh with you wonderful bunch.

I think back to 30 years ago: I’d be out and about on a Saturday night then get home at 3am. These days I can just about make it to 10pm 😂😂😂. Out the bath, in my M&S pyjamas and relaxing in bed whilst sporting my reading glasses. I hope you’re all having a lovely evening
