Spent over 2 hours this morning doing all the prep required for one query. ONE. 😵‍💫 Part of the reason it took so long was that I’d never seen this before: ‘Please share a favourite sentence from the MS you’re submitting’ - that was kinda fun! #amquerying #writersoftwitter

Like everyone, I occasionally get discouraged (read: yesterday sucked) But then I open Scrivener to a random bit and I’m like ‘ooh, I love this part’! I adore my characters, and have scenes that make me laugh or tear up even on the 50th read. So I keep going 🙂 #WritingCommunity
