I’m Coinneach. Scotland’s bestselling cookbook author. Officially the second best porridge maker in the world! Much more fun on Instagram @ hebrideanbaker
I'm so excited to announce my third cookbook Hebridean Baker, At Home will be released on the 12th of October!
It is filled with 75 new recipes, beautiful photography & island stories and you can preorder it now!
Today, I’m at Edinburgh Royal Infirmary donating my voice so it can be used by speech impaired stroke patients or those with motor neurone disease. It means they can keep their Hebridean accent through speech synthesis
We are heartbroken to let you know that wee Seòras passed away. He meant the world to us and we know that he was loved by folk around the world.
He had an amazing 15 years full of adventures and we hope you’ll celebrate them along with us.
Big hugs to you Seòras xx

First eye test since I had LASIK eye surgery 13 years ago - optician says I may need specs again soon. I’m kinda enjoying life through a fuzzy glow right now, but should I go back to specs?
