@hugolowell
Just the act of referring to Trump as "Mr Trump" instead of "President Trump" by Judge Merchan has got to bother Trump to no end... And I'm okay with that👍
@BlakePlonske
@thehill
His goal is to get it in front of the High Court to get Obergefell overturned. It worked with Roe so this will be the playbook for the next decade or so.
@LeatherJoseph
@JudiciaryGOP
Actually its about a deliberate bias in a justice who's actively deciding a case for the same individual that thinks the 2020 election should have went to Trump, but keep thinking its about a flag👍
@michaelharriot
@donlemon
@elonmusk
Musk is a bigot and pathological liar... Definitely a younger version of Trump or at least from the same trashy mold Trump was cast from.
@mrmwisc
@ReallyAmerican1
The judge didn't jack the price up. This is merely damages plus interest... The same as anyone else would be required to pay in New York in a civil fraud loss.
@KatiePhang
I think Judge McAfee is a straight shooter and trying his best to appear neutral, but he really let this hearing spiral beyond the four corners of establishing whether the Willis/Wade relationship presented a conflict of interest.
@gatewaypundit
Well, he'd have to actually be 'president' for that to even be remotely possible...so there's that fact. But sure, I guess in the land of unicorns and rainbow farts Trump could do anything 🤷🏼♂️
@CarmineSabia
In what way? Please tell this attorney and former prosecutor what Justice Merchan did that he wouldn't have done, under New York state law, for any other criminal defendant. Please be specific
@dferrer520
@davidmweissman
@nypost
I was under the impression these allegations have been looked into Sir; by former AG Barr under Trump's DoJ and there was no credible evidence to support the information supplied to the paid informant and none of the bank accounts can be tied to Joe Biden personally.
I can't believe how brainwashed Chuck is... Imagine saying Trump's "a good guy" with a straight face. The majority of the country knows Trump's a piece of shit. He's nothing more than a vile bigot and misogynistic adulterer who sexually assaulted E Jean Carroll, that's trump!
This is Chuck Wilson…
Chuck Wilson’s story is why Donald Trump will be the 47th President of the United States 🇺🇸
“I’ve questioned you as a government for most of my life, and you got the entire government system coming down on one guy… He may be a pretty good guy.”
“Trump
@RecMastermind
@RepBoebert
Problem is,the allegation was investigated way back when Bill Barr was running the DoJ and Barr, himself, claims they found no credible evidence to support the paid informant's claim. You gotta have actual evidence to bring charges buddy.
@enzothebaker123
@RonFilipkowski
Well, tell ya what, let's see what a jury of his peers think. After all, its now solely their opinion that matters, not yours or mine👍
@JerasIkehorn
I'm not saying this isn't true, but can someone cite the source of the pic. Sorry, I'm an attorney and always ask for proof that can be validated 🤷
@SteveJayWright
@JustTheFacts_68
I'll treat you like one of my undergrad ConLaw students... Please review NY code of law § 175.10 and report back to me with your results.
@Victorshi2020
The problem isn't the court granting the order, the bigger question is what recourse does the judge have when Trump violates the terms of the order? He'll be left with limited choices at that point.
@enzothebaker123
@RonFilipkowski
Please do tell this attorney (who, incidentally, spent six years as a state prosecutor) all about the requirements of Rules 16 and 26 of CrimPro. Then school us all on what constitutes a "lawful fact" per New York state law 👍
@CatAttackEP
@BillKristol
That was the most asinine rebuttal I've heard today. Having a clearance doesn't grant someone a statutory "right" to own, possess, retain, or disseminate national security documents, classified or not. Trump was no longer president in 2021 at the time of the alleged crime...
@AnthonyMKreis
I can't help but wonder if you secretly have an OF site where you sit there fully clothed reading from GA's constitution and staring intently into the camera 🤔
@MOB_MN_LF
@Tim_Walz
I'm an attorney, we don't "hide behind laws", we help enforce them as written. Also, Minnesota already requires ID to be registered to vote. Perhaps some research on your part would help.
@CatAttackEP
@BillKristol
(2)...and was not allowed to possess said documents. You're literally arguing that Kristol can't see the documents but that Trump could still retain them, when US law says neither individual can retain, possess, or disseminate them. Geez, at least read the law B4 commenting
@smerconish
@smerconish
I have no problem pointing out Biden's weaknesses, I think its entirely relevant. However, my issue is when you treat and hold Biden to the standards of a traditional candidate, while giving Trump a pass because he simply isn't traditional. Judge both the same.
@Sandra_G_Loftis
@seanhannity
The difference is Biden and Pence returned all documents they were entitled to. Trump lied and obstructed the justice department from recovering documents. File it under "fucked around and found out!"
@SixCnsrvative
@harryjsisson
Wow, you seem whole triggered. Does it bother you that much that Biden can actually be leading in some of the polls? Let's face it, at the six month mark Biden and Trump are virtually neck-n-neck so its going to be which side wants it more. Enjoy Biden's second term👍
@MOB_MN_LF
@Tim_Walz
The problem with your argument is the results in Minnesota were looked at multiple times in accordance with state election laws. Just because you don't agree with the results doesn't mean they aren't accurate and reliable. No one is being lied too... Well, Trumps lied to us 🤷
@conservfam7
@BidensWins
What did they lie about? By the way, if you're going to post trash, at least cite where you got it from so we can validate it 🙄
@Lynyrds_Mom
@newrepublic
Actually they have no credible evidence linking Joe Biden to any crimes. Comer has admitted as much... But you keep right on bieving this so we can laugh in your face when this impeachment inquiry goes nowhere lol
@kkat2u
@Victorshi2020
@TGuenther6
No, but more than a handful have been convicted of seditious conspiracy to subvert the US government... And that's arguably worse.
@1Cmacman
@MarshaBlackburn
Because they know they're lying their collective asses off about Biden now and the FBI so they'd rather try and smear everyone...plus they know they don't have the votes in either the House or Senate to defund the Bureau.
@KatTheHammer1
Correction, its been 1193 days since Capitol police officer, Michael Byrd, took down domestic terrorist, Trashli Babbitt. Byrd should have been given a medal for stopping her!
@mail_american
@charmainemceach
@JoyceWhiteVance
I hold advanced degrees in both government and a JD. I'm fairly steeped in both. I'm going to go out on a limb and say your simplistic view of how our government works and the US Constitution in general speaks of a lack of graduate-level education.
@lattesandlaws
As a former prosecutor, I will say when you make us work for it, you help improve the whole of the legal system. Learn from it and you'll be a better defender, attorney, and person.👍
@ACTforAmerica
Yep, one is in the White House and the other was arraigned yesterday on 37 federal counts...the country definitely sees the difference 👍
@KariLake
@realDonaldTrump
Out of curiosity, what does protesting and arraignment actually do? It's not like because you're there SC Smith will withdraw the indictment so what does it gain you in the long run?
@AWokeZombie
@steve_vladeck
Not me, I'm merely going by her exact words in the interview. I don't pretend to "know" what she means beyond what she said... Perhaps you can read minds, but I can't 🙄
@ThanksCancer
None of the above. We are all insignificant in the grand scheme of things. The cancer will eventually kill me, there's no getting around it. However, that's not happening today... Or tomorrow for that matter. I'll ride this train into the ground fighting the cancer all the way!
@TweepleBug
@ChuckGrassley
Yet, no credible evidence ties Biden to any of Ukraine. Here in the US you gotta bring real evidence that can be presented in the courts or it's just your opinion.
@MOB_MN_LF
@Tim_Walz
The audit was conducted in accordance with state and federal law... Want something different, change Minnesota state law and fund it. I'm confident in the certified results of Minnesota's recounts and audit👍
@HatredIsLazy
@JesseBWatters
I find it laughable listening to a "woodworker" doing his best to give his legal opinion lol.
Why not leave legal predictions to those of us who 1) hold a law degree, 2) passed the BAR, and 3) actually practice law 🙄
@imjdsharp
@BidensWins
However, soliciting funds in the manner Trump is asking for does violate FEC rules and could be construed as a bribe by big oil... Unless you're okay with that kind of shit
@PatriotPointman
@JesseBWatters
Lol... Buckle up buttercup! This is only Trump's first criminal trial... We have at least three more to go... And I can't wait👍
@jesusgirljen
@toddstarnes
Why would he, he'd only be drug crying back to NY if the jury finds him guilty and then he's looking at even more charges with more prison time.
@LarryGermain12
@caringguy1957
@RepMTG
Wow, I see we've found another member of the "tin foil hat nation" lol. Tell me, who did Joe Bidens sell out to and where's the financial evidence to support this claim? I'll wait...
