Q: What's the best time to meditate?
A: We recommend meditating first thing in the morning, if you can. It’s a nice way to start the day and is usually the easiest time to find a few undisturbed minutes. 🌞
Our team has confirmed that the third-party issue has now been resolved. Your run streak should not be affected by this issue, and you should now be able to log into your account. If you are still having trouble, try a quick refresh on our website or try to relaunch the app.
Five ways to feel calmer right now:
1. Take three deep breaths
2. Go for a walk
3. Meditate for five minutes
4. Sip some herbal, chamomile, or green tea
5. Distract yourself with a sensation or activity
