Targeting was not called on the field. It was the replay official who stopped the game to review it... AND GOT IT WRONG. This is the same replay official (Ken Koester) who made the fair catch call even though no one on the field saw anything.

The NCAA has overturned a targeting call against Iowa linebacker Karson Sharar in last week's game against Minnesota. Sharar had to sit out the second half after the ruling, but will not have to miss the first half of a Nov. 4 game against Northwestern.

Other than having slightly better defensive numbers Paige has 8.7 fewer pts, 2.3 fewer rebounds, & 3.8 few assists per game than Clark and is less efficient (PER). Remove Clark from Iowa and they lose 41 more games. Remove Paige from UConn and the lost 25 more.

When my nephew was a toddler, he’d be tired or hungry but he wasn’t very self-aware and couldn’t communicate what was really upsetting him, so he’d just cry and throw fits. Maybe she needs a snack and a nap?
