As the ESOP culture grows in India (via startups), its imp we establish right benchmarks. Seeing many cases in India of differential vesting schedules (eg. 5%, 15%, 30%, 50% over 4 yrs). This makes no sense, is just unfair Equi-vesting is the way it shld be: 25% vesting per yr!

It was beautiful seeing millions of @Reddit users draw this work of art pixel by pixel for three days. Saw so many collaborations, fights, friendships etc. Internet can be a beautiful place! Also amazing to see the beautiful India panels, which even had a @UPI_NPCI logo!
