This proposal was just an means to arbitrarily prosecute parents who may not agree with their political agenda.

You have a group that claims to be FOR diversity, that markets a plan that they say will help Black and Hispanic students (It actually hurts them), targets Asians, and harms gifted children. Faced with soaring D’s and F’s means that they are not doing their job, the kids are not learning, they don’t like measurements, & fear accountability. Wouldn’t be a problem if parents had choice!!!
