Went to top-off my wife’s car with gas. Normally, with less than 13 gallons, $57 is highway robbery; however, those deep-rooted in Aurora know that the number 57 always brings a moment of pause, tears, reminisce, and memories for us. So for this price of gas … I accept it.

Another example of the city of Aurora & the Aurora CSD working to help each other: The American flag atop Harmon’s flagpole was stuck due to the counterweight breaking off; enter in the Aurora FD who had to work out the bucket truck anyways, and the result is a successful repair!
