Thanks to the 280 character limit, I can finally tweet this observation: Ketchup only goes on hot things. Virtually very other condiment can be placed on hot, cold or room temperature items. Mustard, mayo, salsa, dressings, guacamole, etc. It's not my decision, it just is.
