@warcraftdevs Not sure if intentional or bugged, but the current MW 4P is not fed by multiple key abilities (Vivify cleave/AT/Awakened Fae, etc). M+ MW does not have some of the ST amps that raid MW has, such as CF, meaning that the tier is essentially irrelevant for M+. 1/X

@WarcraftDevs Removing the 2P buff encourages a VERY degenerate playstyle as buff application is now so important. A MW will run the 8% healing taken talent, ask for GS, Blessing of Spring, etc. It is beyond just promoting a ST funnel - it's promoting obscene overhealing to pump up the 4P. 2/X

@WarcraftDevs I wholly agree that MW's 2P needed to be reined in somehow, but the ICD change has impacted our 4P too much imo. We are losing a 20% Viv modifier + 12% on our cleave, and in exchange gaining 40% which is VERY much RNG. This will feel terrible if kept as such. 1/?

@WarcraftDevs Numerically, the set is fine. The playstyle just unfortunately feels very clunky, and the optimal rotation feels punishing (e.g. RSK -> MT -> ReM on self -> SoOM), due to conflicting priorities. RSK feels like a nuisance in this situation. I'm hoping that tweaks can remedy this.

@lexstrasza @KristaStreams That's the thing, suddenly it's about connections. People can argue that it is "allowed" in TGP/MDI (but afaik quite underutilised?) but that is a a tournament held under completely different circumstances to EA. Idk.

@WarcraftDevs @Holinka The buffs put MW monk in a good place relative to the other healers which aren't known as Evoker/RDruid, but they will still be significantly behind (raid PoV). Evoker out-DPS' MW while bringing a ton more utility/throughput. 1/2

Either those two need to be nerfed, or the other four healers need to be balanced around them, relative. The gap between the two top specs and the other specs is egregiously large. MW/Evoker/Druid *should* be the highest HPS, but that makes me question why MW only got 5-7%.

@WarcraftDevs MW has inherent mana issues. Discipline not only got a tier set which improves their QoL and mana problems, they also received an adjustment on live. Ideally, MW would get the same treatment, as the changed 2P doesn't even fix the issue it is supposed to. 2/?

Moreover, because the 2P and 4P are so intrinsically connected, leaving it as an RNG proc which is difficult to balance is never going to feel good for this spec. I don't know if separating them would be the play, but somehow ideally the 4P should become more consistent. 3/?

@briaruwu Ngl I bought like 4 of their highlighters today. I had their ghost highlighter before and it's literally gorgeous. There's this chrome shadow called Prism that is literally insane. They're a little fragile (at least the old formula) so if you do get some, be careful!!
