First time for Sophie doing the battle ropes and she smashed it. Sophie is a c6/c7 incomplete spinal cord injury. Which means her hand grip is effective. But with the help of @activehandsco it makes the exercise achievable. Coach - @JSutliffFitness

A few weeks ago in physio, we tried to progress Gez from 2 sticks to 1. She tried but wasn’t quite ready, finding it challenging to control her hips due to her ataxia with just 1 stick. Today, however, she gave it another go and just look at the results!! This woman is EPIC 💪🏼✨
