It is generally justifiable for employers to collect temperature measurements or limited medical symptoms of COVID-19 information of employees and visitors for the purpose of protecting the health of those individuals.
The PCPD is now recruiting Senior Legal Counsel to provide legal advice on proposed legislative amendments, implementation and enforcement of the provisions of the PDPO, and to provide legal support in investigations and enforcement matters.
