If Coinbase does win the lawsuit, it's extremely bullish for the entire crypto industry. Hard to see how Gensler survives this - his entire tenure has been an embarrassment. Projects like $SOL (named in lawsuit) benefit but so do compliant RWA tokenization projects like $CHEX.
