Most people don't understand what this guy does every week, they have to see Barça without him to even start realising it. Beyond words, they will appreciate him when it's too late. Sad not to be able to enjoy the Greatest Of All Time even though you live at the same time as him.

Gavi was asked yesterday where he feels more comfortable playing now and he said in a double pivot..Not surprising having watched his development this season but so interesting that as he grows up he evolves more and more into a deep-lying playmaker, already starting in La Masia.

Right now the club should be exploring the market for a proper coach for next season. It hurts to say it and I hope somehow Xavi surprises us but anyone who watches the team (without even taking the squad quality into consideration) can see that clearly.

Someome remind Koeman that last season he left the team 9th in the league and Xavi (with two signings, Auba and Ferran Torres) brought us back to 2nd - the position he got the previous season while having the greatest player of all time and someome like Griezmann in his squad.

A bunch of teenagers hugging Guiu the moment the ref blows the whistle. He just scored a few seconds after he made his debut, giving us the 3 points with the first ball he ever touched for the first team. Another La Masia player. Again. And again and again. Our treasure, unreal.

There are many chances Xavi would have left Barça early on if it wasn't for her. The people behind the players are so much more important than we realise.

Barça need Xavi to succeed, because right now any other possibility looks extremely complicated, problematic and damaging for the club. But he must surround himself by proper professionals and if he is not willing to do that then the club should step in.

Luis Enrique's idea to stream during the World Cup is quite brave. It could go wrong, sure, but it could also be groundbreaking in football. We need coaches and players to start behaving like humans, not robots that are distant from everyone and everything.
