My new “War Machine is definitely not cope” brew actually was doing work for me on ladder. It’s still Black Knight, so the awkward draws are still awkward, but adding the most consistent package in the game has definitely felt good. Also felt great into the omnipresent Sandman

This has been my fav out of the OTA. T5 unshangable Ajax into T6 throw your wolf around the board + pump your Jax to the moon with Hazmat is quite the feeling. Elektra can ensure the Widow's bite gets value if played into a lane with a 1-drop. And Viper is good again?

I just won the inaugural @snapjudgecast Fight Club tournament with Anni-Hawk-Bounce! Turns out all rocks are the best tech card in the game. Got to play against the pirate king himself @Tuccrr in the finals. Was an amazing tournament, thank you @TheChadusmc for putting it on!

I won Season 1 of the @PursuitGaming_ tournament! 8 weeks led up to a 7.5 hour stream today that was amazing. Huge props to the top 8, a lot of them had to play really early in the morning. Decks used below (Every single one of my opponents banned Loki, didn't play it once)

White Widow honestly underdelivered today, however maybe she'll be good when Annihilus stops running around everywhere. Tried her in junk but her best home for me was a tempo storm deck. Honest opinion: hold out on aquiring for now.

We got there. Kate has felt very good with Werewolf allowing you to maximize your bounces. Sandman is a tough matchup. Try to clog one lane so you can focus on another for the final turn

I think Scarlet spider is a perfect example of how a meta can define perception at release. Scarlet’s floor is above rate and his ceiling is great value. Great value unfortunately doesn’t cut it rn. You need at least 3x value or interaction to compete with the greedy meta we have

Been playing a lot of BK discard. I think it's the best way to put stats on the board w/out Thanos. Here are my top performers for the season + a quick note on each. Sera BK: Most consistent Anni BK: Best into MMM Hela BK: Most fun and can win w/out Hela as a Corvus ramp deck

@JeffHoogland We saw this with Alioth and Galactus. Some players like cards that give them easy snap patterns where there’s nothing their opponents can do to stop their game plan. These cards are also antithetical to the “skill” of snap which is understanding board states and making reads imo

Had a fantastic stream tonight, huge shoutout to @DekksterGaming for the raid. We played Butt’s Mockingbird/Death deck to the top 20 and then did a conquest challenge where we HAD to play Havok whenever we drew him. Got 1 game off of an Infinite Ticket before losing to Loki.

But, what ends up happening is top players figure out how to break the game 1st, then what is broken at the top eventually becomes broken everywhere. Balance around top inf. meta

Anyone who says @MARVELSNAP can’t be a competitive card game hasn’t watched enough top level gameplay/tournaments. The best players continue to get consistent results and show extreme skill expression game to game. @seconddinner is missing out if they don’t capitalize on it imo

@KMBestMS @MARVELSNAP 99.9% of players are VERY bad at snapping and retreating compared to the other 0.1% of players. If you think you should be a higher rank, you’re not stuck because you can’t sequence your cards correctly, it’s because you play the game like a traditional card game.

One thing I enjoyed about Cassandra Nova’s release (besides considerably less Arishem on ladder now) is that everyone got her at a different rate, so ladder didn’t immediately become either Cassandra decks or counter decks. It allowed her to settle into the meta at a better pace

I did not expect this deck to be my most consistent climber this season. Sometimes it's better to brew and keep your opponents guessing. No one expects tech from a Sunspot/Nebula deck.

Not that I recomend playing this @MARVELSNAP deck into the feature location, but I do think this is an upgrade on the build I posted previously. Iron man lets you go taller than some of the most poular decks out there and gives you more to spend on with your extra Hope energy.

Thanos pivoting to be a Big Dumb Idiot deck frankly feels thematic and healthy for the meta. It's not busted, it's not oppressive, but it does still feel strong. Often clunky, but strong. When it's not clunky tho... hoooo boy it puts out power. Deck credit: @LambySeriesGG

Made this for the hot location because Doc Oc farms surfer but it's been putting up good numbers outside of it. The theorycrafting came from the thought of "what if our Doc Oc couldn't be shang'd" (drop him w/ Mary and then play cage later) and the rest is history
