Dear EU
I am obliged to ask for an extension which I don't really want. Even if an extension is granted we're not going to pay any more money to the EU so we'll be staying for free. Will be sending Dom personally to all meetings and you know what he's like.
Regards,
Boris
The people voted in a referendum to decide if the country would leave the EU, they were promised the government would carry out their decision. Parliament has refused to carry out that instruction. Boris is going to keep that promise, do or die, by any means necessary.
Remember when the

zombies argued that Putin wanted Brexit to weaken the West? Brexit Britain is sending weapons to Ukraine to destroy Russian tanks, Italy is selling Russians handbags and Germany is buying Russian gas. We made the right choice.

When Mossad has intelligence that could save British lives let's hope they don't deny us it. This is the Labour Party putting party interests before the national interest.
A civil service that for decades has relied on Brussels for decisions and obstructed Brexiting for years, is going to need a change of mindset and inevitably, leadership. Early retirement for the old guard and the bringing in of new blood clearly needed.
Something very satisfying that poll after poll shows the British people just want to get on with Brexit. The political and media establishment's increasingly hysterical warnings of doom are just being ignored. People just don't believe them. Rightly so.

2,000 journalists at the BBC and not one single one of them asked Gordon Brown how was this different from how the Labour Party raises funds online. Obvious question.

Hope Darren won't mind me putting in the public domain that he told me how Carole would call him to scream down the phone at him that he would be the fall guy and he should confess all to her. There was nothing to confess. She did everything she could to make him the scapegoat.
Widely reported attempt to blame Brexit. Will the BBC give truth same prominence? Will James "How to be right" O'Brien admit he was wrongly spreading fake news?
@sarahrcsa
There have been no changes at our airport for UK travellers. New staff members were being trained yesterday, leading to longer queues at the passport control than usual. Sadly, this tweet has taken on a life of its own. For further reference: ^Jonathan
Germany secured 30 million doses of the BioNTech/Pfizer coronavirus vaccine in September.
But in doing so, it may have violated a legally binding pact that bans EU countries from signing separate vaccine deals.
There are 30,000 corporate lobbyists working in Brussels. That tells you everything you need to know about the EU system and the interests which it serves.
Chinese sending aid and medical equipment (ventilators) to Italy. EU "partners" ignored aid request. Tell me more about European solidarity and the importance of proximity.
Donald Tusk and Michel Barnier will go down in history as two of the people who would rather bring a hard border back to Ireland than do a comprehensive free and fair trade deal with Britain that didn't punish Britain for leaving the EU.
Tomorrow I meet PM
@BorisJohnson
. I hope that he will not like to go down in history as “Mr. No Deal”. The EU is ready to listen to operational, realistic ideas acceptable to all Member States including Ireland, if and when the UK government is ready to put them on the table.
In an alternative time-line PM Andrea Leadsom would tomorrow be signing the UK-USA Free Trade Agreement. FTSE would be surging towards 10,000 after Chancellor Truss's sweeping reforms to corporation taxes and inward tech-led investment surging ahead of UK's withdrawal from GDPR.
"What happens if Boris Johnson becomes Prime Minister, calls a general election, wins a big majority - well they can just rewrite UK law". Sounds like a good plan.
Michel Barnier wants France to suspend immigration for 3 to 5 years. Doesn't he know that you can't cherry pick EU rules? Free movement is a fundamental freedom of the European Union blah blah blah... he doesn't really believe what he's saying. Purely political positioning.
He raised money to persecute 22 year-old Darren Grimes - out of bitter remainer spite - keeping Darren under terrible remorseless pressure for 3 years. He egotistically tweets out news of killing an animal and gets a backlash now he is full of self-pity.
"Without the support network that I have I am not sure I would be here to tell the story, to give this interview, today."

Remainers who keep whining about job shortages in poorly paid sectors don't seem to understand that this is good news to the poorly paid Brexit voters who can see that their vote will inevitably lead to satisfactorily higher wages. That's why they voted for Brexit.
Prediction: soon they will start claiming that the many things that they predicted would be a Brexit disaster, that are not happening, is only because of the wisdom and generosity of the EU.
Since the referendum the losers have blamed racists, old people, Murdoch, Dacre, Russians and now a bunch of geeks who don’t have a girlfriend between them for their defeat. They just can’t face the fact that most people wanted out of the EU.
Have you noticed that exactly the same people who said it was unfair to attack Olly Robbins - "he can't answer back" - are now attacking Dominic Cummings?

Schifo e sdegno per questa Europa. Si sono presi 15 giorni per valutare se, chi e come aiutare. Geni. Mentre la gente muore. Altro che "Unione", è covo di serpi e sciacalli. Prima sconfiggiamo virus, poi ripensiamo all'UE. E se serve, salutiamo. Senza ringraziare. Ma andate a...
Thanks, Donald, love you too. No hard feelings, we will still be friends. We just found the relationship a bit too controlling. We need some space to have our own relationships with the rest of the world. X X X
Unless there is a change of heart among our British friends,

will become a reality – with all its negative consequences - March next year. We, here on the continent, haven’t had a change of heart. Our hearts are still open for you.

Kate Andrews, nobody's saying Brexit is the ONLY threat to the UK car industry...
But if the head of Nissan is saying that a 10% WTO tariff on the 70% of cars they sell to the EU would make their business unsustainable.... YOU are pushing to make 34,000 people unemployed!

The rebellion against the EU empire was an act of liberation, those who seek to crush Brexit are not "the resistance", they are on the side of big business and big government.
British politics for the next generation will divide into those who resisted Brexit, & those who promoted or appeased it. I will never fully trust or respect anyone who wasn’t in the resistance from the beginning
Hold on, didn’t Remainers tell us during the referendum that this was scaremongering and was never going to happen? Also since when did we need defending from, rather than by, the US?
I see

"I have never said that Russian money went into the Brexit campaign. I have always stressed that there is no evidence to suggest it did."
The civil service's negative post-Brexit scenario's worst case is that GDP will be 8% lower in 15 years. Roughly 0.5% a year worse. These people were some 3% out on predicting last year. If they can't predict 1 year ahead they have no idea about 15 years time.
