#t8_report game considers both players in a CH state when player attack and other player throw are on same frame, heat engagers don't activate properly two hit heat engagers work normally since the engager is tied to the second hit (see leo ws4)

Been experimenting with Paul's heat a little 66+13 (qcf3 guaranteed) = 79 minimum starter, immediate oki threat while still having heat starter + heat smash low = 119 total (low does 40) starter +heat dash deathfist = 157 (starter+65+13) 🤠
