In 2015 I slept outside for 4 days to cop one of the 7 pairs of Pirate Blacks in Switzerland. In 2023 I built the systems and launched them globally. Truly full circle, I would have never thought.
The past 3 days have been so unbelievably crazy, need time to processes.
Hey
@stockx
, I’m a 21 year old Software Engineering intern. I just protected a development build of my project with multi factor authentication by implementing RFC6238 - and I think you should too! Need help? My DMs are open 👍🏼
Super excited to announce that as of yesterday I have signed on with Adidas to join the Hype team with
@moritzhaarmann
as a Backend Software Engineer. Massively looking forward to working with him and the team and am thrilled to continue my journey with sneakers and code 👟👨💻
It’s 2016, 3 am. You are pulling an all nighter waiting for the Yeezysupply password page to go down. You’re sitting in discord talking to your group discussing how the region change splash bypass works for the next morning.
Life is good
Recently I was trying to find a used BMW but every time I checked and saw a good one - it was gone by the time I could call. So I wrote a bot that would check all BMW dealerships in Germany every 10 minutes, and then ping me on new cars / price changes. Bot dev forever
I think StockX just did a really good job at creating a direct comparison highlighting the absurd hyper inflated pricing of an NFT - a digital token saying you own a shoe is worth more than actually… owning the shoe. 😂
Today marked my first day working in industry as a Software Engineer intern. As much as I have learned in university I know I have to thank all the development ive been doing for sneakers for the skills I developed. Thanks to all that have been supporting me and
@SneakerCopter
🙏
You’re an OG follower if you remember when
@stockx
cancelled all my sales because I said I would mail them a jar of Nutella instead of Big Baller Brand shoes
Update: Two weeks ago I left the Hype team. Since 2015 I have been chasing hype sneakers as a collector, reseller, bot developer and finally building the mechanics that drop them - its crazy how i've been able to be part of it all. I will miss the love & hate from sneaker twitter
@JayChizza
thank god adidas is making sure this a fair battle for us. I thought my chances of coping against the bots were low. But this brings new life for me.
The
@stockx
business model
Step 1: Leak everyone’s info
Step 2: Pretend we didn’t leak everyone’s info
Step 3: Charge seller luxury tax
Step 4: ???????
Step 5: Profit
Might make a discord and invite a few people to play with SoleID, anyone interested? It's not perfect and sometimes comes up with weird results but i'm bored of just trying it by myself 😅
Non reflective people: oh are those the new yeezys? I have a pair too they’re sick
Me: UHhh no these are the reflectives super exclusive me and my cook group took stock 🤙🏼🤪 trust me turn flash on your camera they’re super limited
@pxtvr
I prefer
- Make weird Silicon Valley sounding name
- add .io
- make Twitter page
- write “LIMITED STOCK”
- make gui in photoshop
- post gui and say it’s from beta testing
- start developing
- realise programming is hard
- ???
- profit
Want to check in at footlocker? I made this a while ago and did it for a lot of people on previous pre-summer Yeezys. Script is here (You need to make changes to make it work for this release since old event IDs are hardcoded into it) Enjoy:
Tough to say goodbye to a project I poured so much time and work into, but the time has come. Thanks to everyone I met along the way who supported the success Sneakercopter had over the years ❤️
Following an announcement made to all members of the Sneakercopter discord, this is an all-round update announcing Sneakercopter's end of software life. The website mentioned in the following statement will be published in the next week and tweeted from this account.
I don’t really understand why LV decided to launch these themselves when they don’t have experience with hype launches. Having an ecom website and slapping a waiting room infront of it is not good enough in 2022
This week sucked a lot. But I’m thankful I got to spend the time working with yeezy that I did - easily the best year of my professional career so far.
I’m still wearing my Yeezys and am still listening to Ye’s music.
Time to focus on tech and build something new.
The best part about being a former reseller, former bot developer and current engineer for hype is that I *still* take Ls when I try and buy bogos manually on supreme
Raffle botting tip: Make sure all your emails have “rafflebotentry” in them so that you can easily remember which ones they were.

I taught a machine learning model about what photos I swipe right and and what I don’t. Then when it learned the difference I gave it the keys to my tinder account and now it is doing the work for me🧑💻
There’s probably a lot of value in NFT technology in all kinds of applications for the future. But if I’m being honest, I don’t think it’s going to be pictures of cartoon robot frogs that cost 20,000 dollars
All
@elonmusk
