Arcane is honestly one of the most impressive things Riot has ever done. Plenty of game companies have made great games over the years. Exactly zero of them have been able to make good movie/series adaptations based on their games. Arcane is a massive achievement.

I really think for Esports to become a profitable business, fans need to start paying to watch games through *some* venue. Personally, I love to watch the NFL/MLB/CFB So I pay for a YouTube TV subscription, MLBTV, and NFL RedZone. It's weirdly worrying how free Esports are.

With no import rule in NA (and no native representation) there'll be no reason to keep following the region. Better teams, storylines, and personalities elsewhere. Root for: Suning/EDG/FPX in China Afreeca/Hanwha/T1/Geng in Korea MAD/G2/S04 in EU PSG/DFM/GAM Esports elsewhere
